In-person or phone consultation
Once we have confirmed that your date is available on my calendar, I like to schedule a phone chat to go over all the details and create the best wedding packages for your needs! I'm here to make this as easy as possible for you. This is the time we will go over your dream wedding, your ideal wedding photography scenario and what your expectations are. If we are meeting in person, you’ll have the chance to look through our beautiful wedding albums and see our other print products.

How do we reserve our date?
Retainer & reservation
In order to reserve your date on my calendar, a non-refundable retainer of $1000 along with the signed contract are required.
Deposits can be made by cash, check or credit card.
NOTE:
Spring and Fall are extremely popular months and October tends to be the first month to completely book up. Dates are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis so don't hesitate to book if you know without a doubt you want me!

What's Next?
Step by step, I'm here for you!
Once we are official, keep a lookout for a little something special in your mailbox.
If your package includes an engagement session, we'll start discussing locations and ideas. We'll need to book your session ASAP to ensure timeliness of delivery before the wedding.
About a month or so before your wedding, we will connect again to discuss your timeline. (This can happen anytime during the planning process if you need help.)
Tip: Before setting a time for your ceremony, double check your sunset time on your wedding date.

When and how do I get my gallery?
Editing & delivery
After the wedding, I'll come home and download and backup your files to ensure they are safe and sound. As I'm downloading, I'll grab a few for a quick sneak peek on Instagram because I'm always just as excited as you to see them!
Then, galleries are a completed in a 3 part process.
• Culling/curating
• Bulk editing
• Final touches.
Once I carefully curate your images and final edits are complete, you will receive your files via a beautiful, user friendly online gallery. If your wedding collection comes with products, we will discuss which print products you would like to order once the gallery is delivered. This can be done in person or via email or phone.
Online gallery delivery timeline: 6-8 weeks
